Consider my lifestyle factors, such as work schedule, stress levels, and caffeine intake, and provide a detailed plan with actionable steps.

Power up:

Try adding the “according to” phrase to your sleep prompt to increase the probability that ChatGPT will ground it's response in data it has been trained on, instead of making things up (i.e. hallucinating). 🥴 🍄

How? You can add this text to the above prompt, “I want you to act as a virtual personal assistant using the latest sleep research according to [ADD TRUSTED SOURCE i.e. The National Centre on Sleep Disorders Research].

ChatGPT has now asked me a bunch of questions that it can use to help me create a sleep health routine tailored to my particular lifestyle.

Remember, you’ll need data from your sleep tracker like an Oura ring, an Apple Smart Watch or any number of different trackers on the market that will give you a whole host of data around your sleep routine.

So I simply entered all the sleep info from 90-days of my oura ring data and voila! **See below!

Don’t have all your sleep information?

That’s perfectly fine! If you’re someone who values a good night’s sleep, you’ve probably been working on improving your sleep quality. So chances are, you already have a decent grasp of your sleep health routines.

For now, you can take an educated guess at what that looks like. 🔨

Here’s a ChatGPT response where I guessed my sleep data.

Follow-up prompt: optimising your sleep routine

Purpose: To review and optimise your sleep routine based on recent sleep data.

Review my sleep data over the past week and suggest any necessary adjustments to my sleep routine. Identify potential areas of improvement, such as adjusting my bedtime or reducing screen time before bed. Provide tips for maintaining consistency and improving sleep quality based on the latest research.

Remember, for this follow-up prompt, to review your sleep data over the past week and suggest adjustments, ChatGPT needs your specific data points, such as your actual sleep duration each night, the quality of sleep (if tracked), any variations in your bedtime and wake-up times, and any notes on factors like stress levels or caffeine consumption that might have affected your sleep.

If you can provide those details, ChatGPT can offer you a more tailored analysis and recommendations. 📈

If you don’t have that data on hand, you’ll get a great sleep routine plan with only the first prompt! Another idea, is going old school and jotting down your sleep routines for a week and then entering the information as part of the second prompt!

Now that I've laid out all my sleep health data points, I can clearly see the gaps and traps in my sleep routine! I have to say, this has boosted my confidence in tackling my sleep health. I'm ready to dive into my weekly sleep schedule like a well-rested sloth! 🤤

AI Assembly Robots Build A BMW 

BMW just upgraded its assembly line by deploying humanoid robots from Figure AI at their Spartanburg, SC plant.

The Figure 02 robots, with human-scale hands boasting 16 degrees of freedom, have been effortlessly inserting sheet metal parts into fixtures with the dexterity of a knitter. 🧶 

The new assembly robots are flexing their mechanical muscles by taking over the heavy lifting, making the workplace safer and easier for humans. BMW and Figure AI are now working together to integrate the robots into more production lines.

Is this the future of car assembly lines and the hamburger flippers at McDonalds? 🚀 🍔

Scientists Harness Supercomputers To Accelerate The Race Towards Human-Level AGI

Todays ‘dumb’ or narrow AI are simple data gatherers, based on Large Language Models and machine learning, and are designed for specific tasks.

However, the Terminator-level or HAL2000 AI you’ve seen in sci-fi movies are what are called AGI or artificial general intelligence. This type of AI will match or surpass human intelligence on a wide range of cognitive tasks.

And researchers are on the verge of creating the human-level kind!

“Scientists hope to accelerate the development of human-level AI using a network of powerful supercomputers — with the first of these machines fully operational by 2025.”
